Why would I want to change my website and why would I want to use an Online Office?

How can it be better than my current site? Will it create additional revenue?

We will assess the pros and cons of your current website, highlighting to you its effectiveness. We have developed a simple test that allows you to compare how effective your website is against your competitors. Likewise you can use the test to compare your present site with an Online Office. It pays to get it right; more customers will visit your online Office than the one in the high street.

Your website is a visual representation of your high street office. In displaying the full range of services you offer through this online channel any site visitor can access your business 24/7. Could I find out how many people visit my Online Office? What if a customer makes a request through the site?

Full online stats are available through Google. You will know exactly how many people have been through your doors each day and what they’ve looked at!

If a customer makes a request through the site then a confirmation email will be sent to the customer and we will inform the appropriate business area of their request. We will then email your Office and publish all information within your members’ area.

Who owns customer information generated by Online Office and is my data secure?

You do. Any data generated by your Online Office remains your property. movewithus will only make contact with customers at you request e.g. vendor with a property to sell out of your area, conveyancing and utility leads.

movewithus hold all data on our servers at Telehouse, London. 75% of the worlds High Street banks hold their data in the same buildings.

How will my properties be displayed?

Where we have a portal feed your properties will be displayed in the usual movewithus format; main image 400x300, 6 x thumbnails, 2 x floor plans, brief description and body text. Where a portal feed isn’t available properties will be displayed in the format available from your software provider.

How much is it going to cost me? Are there any additional charges?

We’ve spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on our own online systems, allowing us to offer Online Office at a very competitive price. We are here to create new revenues and services together, not to sell you websites! We offer a set pricing structure which can be located on the Pricing page.

Online Office is supplied under the terms of a 24-month license. As movewithus will be hosting your website, its content and making minor modifications and updates at your request, we charge a quarterly hosting fee. We do not make an additional charge for hosting your domain.

When I put property on to my Online Office using the members’ area will I also be able to upload to any property portals?

Yes, when property is added via the members’ area it will also upload to movewithus.co.uk & rightmove. Just let our Solutions Team know your rightmove ID and whether you’d like to display STC properties.

Which software is compatible? If I don’t have any, is this a problem?

Dezrez, Expert Agent, Vebra (GMW, Estate craft, Solex homeview), Reapit, CFP, Universal, Grapeevine, TechnicOnline, Aspasia and any bespoke software with the ability to feed rightmove..

To answer the second questions, no! You can load property directly to your Online Office using the movewithus member’s area.

Finally, how long will it take to deliver my Online Office?

Providing we have all the correct information; logos, colours, agent information, Online Office order form etc. We will look to deliver a ‘Beta site’ (flagboard) within two weeks. Once we have your approval, and subject to any additional work, you site will be ready to ‘go live’ within a further two weeks.
